At Holbrook we share the wealth of skills and experience our staff team have developed over time and particularly during the pandemic. Our vision and values remain the same and integral to our day to day provision of services. The new service location is “Holbrook”, Caprani care support services are the support provider at the location.

The Management Team

Support Team

The support team consists of the permanent Ace Community Services support staff team, to include senior / junior support staff, mental health and LD nurses, positive behaviour support lead, reflexologist, activity coordinator, trainer in support sector.

The accommodation consists of

  • 5 double bedrooms, 3 ground floor and 2 first floor.
  • There is one ensuite wet room and one main bathroom on the ground floor.
  • There is one bathroom on the first floor.
  • Air Conditioned bedrooms and living space.
  • Large communal living and dining space.
  • Large kitchen.
  • Study.
  • Ramped access front and rear.
  • Secure surroundings to the property with intercom and keypad system.
  • Fire doors and emergency lighting throughout.
  • Several integral safety features to include water temperature control and safety blinds throughout.
  • Large area front and back with commissioned mural to the rear.
  • Activity/therapeutic space.
  • Ample parking front and rear.
  • Wheelchair adapted service vehicle.
  • Access to our allotment “Best buds group” and day service off site.
