“Our son has been at Ace for about a year now, having moved from one of the big care providers, and the improvement in his demeanour, health and general well being is phenomenal. Many thanks to all staff and managers at Ace. Big is NOT best, smaller units like this are definitely the way forward.”

“The induction was perfect, it encompassed everything I needed to know in order to work not only safely but also effectively. The induction was clear, centred around the work I am meant to be doing and the service user. So I would say I enjoyed it very much, wasn’t boring, rather knowledgeable.
I am very pleased about the support I have been getting from the management team, especially from Nichola and Shannon. Whenever I need support, I always receive beyond my expectation.
With regard to my role, I love it. The service users and the staff make me feel home. It is sincerely a pleasure to work with you.”
